In this case study, I analyzed their Facebook performance to identify why high-quality content wasn’t always reaching its full potential. By examining post types, timing, and content pillars, I give out the recommendations to balance their digital presence. During a course named Data Analysis for Marketers, I got the opportunity to use Boise Paper – a century-old leader in the US paper industry – as a case study, I developed a comprehensive Sales Dashboard to uncover the cause behind revenue fluctuations. This project involved a deep dive into six months of sales data, identifying why certain sectors like Technology thrived while others faced sharp declines. By balancing rigorous data analysis with human-centric recommendations, I provided strategic suggestions for sales teams to optimize their performance and turn pressure points into opportunities for growth.

I took a deep dive into the branded content strategies of Lacoste and H&M to see what makes them engaging. Working on this digital portfolio gave me a chance to sharpen my writing and look closer at the motivation behind successful campaigns. My goal was to understand how to use storytelling not just to sell, but to “tie the knot” between a brand and its audience.

I had the opportunity to build a full-scale project for FedEx Vietnam. This wasn’t just about creating posts; it starts with deep research to build a solid strategy, then moving into prototyping and content creation. I took a hands-on approach to the planning and distribution, making sure our tactics were optimized to reach the right audience effectively. The project required both a big-picture mindset and a focus on the smallest details.

I use Jira to manage projects for my content marketing agency. Kanban board, Timeline and OKRs are crucial tools for us to boost the productivity and align the team while we are living in different timezone & countries.

I use Confluence to create a workspace for our team, in which we provide guides, instructions, tutorials, and build the onboarding process so that new team members can get along well with the task within 1-2 weeks.
